6). Identity proof & Signature proof [Passport / Pan Card]

7). Two Photograph

Appointment letter is to be submitted if the client is working in the present company for less than a year.

Payment Schedule:

Booking Amount = Rs.50000/- [Rs.5000/- Legal & Processing Charge]

Agreement Payment = 15% [15 days from the booking date]

Land Payment = 15% [15 days from agreement date]

Plinth Beam = 8%

4th Floor Roof = 8%

8th Floor Roof = 8%

12th Floor Roof = 8%

16th Floor Roof = 8%

Masonry From = 10%

Internal Plastering = 10%

Flooring (@ 75% completion) = 8%

Handing over after full completion = 2%
